Coming from a multicultural background, Ari developed his culinary appreciation at an early age. Being exposed to a variety of natural foods set the stage for him to learn about various flavor profiles. He attended the Culinary Institute of New York Monroe College where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Culinary Arts. With over 15 years of experience, Ari is proficient in all aspects of food preparation and cuisine.

Of all the projects Ari has been involved in, he believes his greatest accomplishment was being able to teach Culinary Arts to over 700 students at a non-profit where he grew up in the Bronx. But more so, it was empowering his students with the knowledge of how to create healthier relationships with food.

​

When Ari is not entertaining, he enjoys being physically active engaging in soccer, lifting weights, skiing, biking, hiking, swimming, and more. Each season brings new flavors and the same for his lifestyle. He understands health and wellness are vital to anyone's long-term success.
